Support for every season

Therapy centred on your story

Whether you are seeking support for yourself or the people you love, therapy offers space to slow down, understand what is happening, and move forward with greater clarity.

Individual Therapy

50 minutes | $155

Individual therapy is a deeply personal journey toward healing, clarity, and growth. It is a space where you can come as you are, without pressure or judgment, and begin to explore your thoughts, emotions, and life experiences at your own pace. Together, we gently uncover patterns, process challenges, and make sense of what may feel overwhelming or unclear. Our work is rooted in compassion, cultural sensitivity, and genuine care, creating a supportive environment where meaningful change can unfold.

Children & Youth Therapy

50 minutes | $155

We provide a safe, supportive space where young people can express themselves, build resilience, and develop healthy coping skills. Using age-appropriate, evidence-based approaches such as play-based therapy, cognitive-behavioural techniques, and emotion-focused strategies, we support children and adolescents in navigating challenges like anxiety, behavioural concerns, emotional regulation, social difficulties, and life transitions.

Couples Therapy

50 minutes | $195

Couples therapy is a space where two people can slow down and begin to truly hear each other again. Patterns are gently explored with care and without judgment, while each partner is supported in expressing their needs, emotions, and perspectives in ways that foster understanding rather than conflict.

Couples therapy is also for couples who are doing well and would like to keep it that way.

Family Therapy

50 minutes | $225

Families often seek therapy during times of tension, miscommunication, or transition. Each family member is given room to share their perspective while learning to listen with greater understanding and empathy. Together, we explore family dynamics, strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and create a more balanced, supportive environment where each person feels valued.

Ways to Connect

Therapy can fit into your life in different ways. Choose the option that feels right for you, then explore what each format can offer.

  • A therapist and client seated in conversation, hands resting on their knees in a warm, softly lit room.

In-person sessions offer a calm, private space where you can slow down, feel supported, and focus fully on your healing journey. Meeting face-to-face can help foster connection, comfort, and a sense of grounding as we work together through life’s challenges.

Sessions are held in a welcoming office environment designed to help you feel safe, heard, and at ease. Whether you are navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, emotional overwhelm, or life transitions, in-person therapy provides dedicated time and space to reflect, process, and grow with compassionate support.

  • A laptop open to a video call with several participants, a warm mug of tea beside it.

Virtual therapy offers a flexible and accessible way to receive support from the comfort and privacy of your own space. We use a secure platform called Jane to help you engage in meaningful, confidential conversations without the added stress of travel or time constraints.

This approach allows therapy to fit more seamlessly into your daily life, whether you are balancing work, parenting, or other responsibilities. Despite the physical distance, the therapeutic connection remains warm, intentional, and deeply supportive.

  • A person smiling while talking on the phone, seated comfortably beside a sunlit window.

For some, speaking over the phone can feel less intimidating and allows for deeper openness and reflection. Tele-psychotherapy is a convenient, audio-only alternative to video or in-person sessions.

Sessions are conducted over a secure phone call at your scheduled appointment time. This format can be especially helpful for clients managing anxiety, busy schedules, mobility challenges, or those who simply feel more comfortable speaking by phone. All that is needed is a quiet, confidential space where you feel comfortable talking openly.

  • Two people walking together along a path through trees with vivid autumn foliage.

Walk and Talk sessions take place outdoors and involve gentle walking with your therapist while engaging in psychotherapy. This option can feel grounding, less formal, and supportive for those who benefit from movement and being in nature.

These sessions are offered to residents of Toronto at a location selected as a midpoint between you and your therapist. Sessions are weather-dependent and may be rescheduled or moved indoors if conditions are unsafe. This format may not be suitable for all therapeutic needs, physical abilities, or mental health concerns.
